Erika Stine TURN - Lead Instructor

Erika is a lifelong resident of CT. She moved to the Elm City  in 2012 and fell in love with all it has to offer.  She is a registered dental hygienist by day with a serious passion for food and can be found spending all hours of her evenings developing recipes for various meal prep and delivery services. If you see Erika around DAC, she’ll probably be the one to ask you what you’re eating or what restaurants you’ve enjoyed recently.  Her approach to class is centered around building strength and mental grit which stems from her love of road cycling and completing century (100 MILE!!) rides. Katalina Riegelmann TURN Instructor

Kathy’s love of fitness is 30 years strong and she been teaching just as long! From body building, step, boot camp pilates, personal training, and spin (!), she has had the pleasure of helping people achieve their fitness goals every step of the way. Her approach to classes begins with life’s challenges in mind — one day may be a full out sprint, another may be an up hill climb, and some days might be a mix of both. She uses music and each pedal stroke to focus on embracing the challenge together with the goal of becoming stronger as one. And in case that isn’t spectacular enough, did we mention she also owns a bakery?! When she’s not at TURN you can find her at Katalina’s Bakery (74 Whitney Avenue)

    • Stephanie Wolfson
        Stephanie Wolfson TURN Instructor

During competition days at local triathlons, Steph used indoor cycling as a way to train during the off season. It was only after a recent knee injury that the stationary bike took on a new meaning in her life. Spinning rehabilitated her by providing a safe, fun, leg burning workout that inspired her to become a spin instructor. She is now ready to test her skills by leading the pack and is eager to share the power of sports, community and a good sweat with all of you! Whether you are riding to train, work on fitness, or simply unwind, Steph’s classes will get you one TURN closer to reaching your goals. Expect gritty hills, intervals, and jumps to build strength and endurance.
